The Business Law team is a multi-disciplinary team of specialist lawyers helping the SME market in these turbulent economic times.
This team pulls together a number of commercial business and legal specialisms to add value to business owners with business turning over between £2m - £20m and with employees numbering between 10 and 200.
As lawyers, we are extremely well connected, coupled with the influence of the Entrepreneurs Club on the region's entrepreneurs and investors, we are able to match professional talent with entrepreneurial spirit therefore creating an "industry cluster" with the Business Law team contributing on an "as required" basis.
The Business Law team regularly advise clients operating in retail, manufacturing, import, export and leisure.
Director and Head of Business Law, Philip Drazen is the nominated solicitor to a number of national trade associations and works intensely within the Yorkshire business community. He regularly advises members of the toy, nursery, gift and firework industries and is recognised by the Legal 500 for his expertise
