We will work with you to create a pack of documents and checklists which will help new franchisors to set up their franchised businesses, and existing franchisors to update and refresh their operations. This will be tailored to the individual needs of each franchisor but will usually include the following:

• a Confidentiality Agreement;
• a Franchise Agreement;
• an Operations Manual Contents Checklist;
• an Employment Contract;

You will of course need to devote time to matters such as drafting a business plan, a training plan, a prospectus for franchisees, and so on. It is your business, after all. But you should not try to "re-invent the wheel", and you will find that the pack of information and documents we provide is virtually all you need to establish the business model you require.
