Conflict resolution in the work place
Employers are expected to manage conflict within the workplace as actively as possible. The cost of a failure to resolve conflict can be far-reaching and potentially damaging. Staff in key positions need to have the skills in order to intervene to resolve matters and build relationships for the future.
We offer skill-based training that can be delivered in a modular form as well as third party independent mediation. Both approaches aim to reduce the risk of conflict escalation but are delivered at a different stage. We will assess your need and provide you with the package that will be of most value to you.
