Budding solicitor Stephen Winfield has earned himself a work placement with Leeds commercial law firm Lupton Fawcett for winning the best essay set by the firm’s dispute management department on ‘the Court’s recent approach to Mediation’. Stephen is currently on the Legal Practice Course (LPC) run by Leeds Metropolitan University.
The LPC is the final academic qualification all law students must obtain before they can take up positions as trainee solicitors.
