Further expansion of Lupton Fawcett’s York Office
Lupton Fawcett is delighted to announce the arrival of solicitor, Jessica Richardson, to its Commercial Property department, based in York.
Jessica, previously of Addleshaw Goddard, joins an ever-growing commercial property department. Jessica, an experienced solicitor acting on all types of commercial property work, specialises in agricultural property, renewable energy projects and ecclesiastical law. She acts for a variety of clients including farmers, landed estates, rural businesses, landlords, tenants, developers and banks.
Jessica lives in York and studied both at York University and at York College of Law. Jessica’s appointment continues Lupton Fawcett’s theme of appointing those with real connections with York.
Jonathan Moore, Director and Head of Commercial Property in York says, “Jessica’s pedigree is highly sought after; with her extensive knowledge of the Agriculture and Landed Estates sector through to her renewable energy and estate/land management expertise. This is the second senior lateral hire in as many months and the rise in activity has resulted in the firm’s continued investment to ensure that we are better placed to support the increased activity in York and the wider North Yorkshire region”.
Jessica comments: “Lupton Fawcett, for me, is the only law firm in the York area that will allow me to bring my experience and expertise to an already established client base and I am looking forward to the challenge of continuing to develop our services to agricultural and landed estate clients”.
