Lupton Fawcett Announces Six New Associates


Four young solicitors at Leeds integrated commercial law form Lupton Fawcett LLP have been promoted to Associate Solicitors with two further promotions of Administrators to Associate status, in recognition of their contribution to the firm.

Sally Clark graduated with a degree in Mental Health Nursing and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2006.  Sally now specialises in Family Law.

Claire Southway, who trained at Lupton Fawcett, qualifying in 2006, is a member of the firm’s Dispute Management division, specialising in civil and commercial litigation.

Hayden Glynn qualified in 2006.  Hayden specialises in property litigation.

Daniel Lumb trained with the firm, qualifying in 2005 and has returned to the firm after a couple of years elsewhere.  Dan specialises in Wills, tax planning, trusts, probate and Court of Protection.

Michelle Talbot, as Finance Manager, gained her BA Hons in Accountancy and Finance at Leeds Metropolitan University and is a Chartered Certified Accountant.  Michelle joined the firm as a Management Accountant in 2001.

Charlotte Ledgard, as Human Resource Manager, studied for her master’s degree in Human Resource Management at South Bank University and is a Chartered member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Charlotte joined the firm in 2005.

Richard Marshall, Lupton Fawcett’s Managing Director, said:  “It is always a pleasure to recognise the achievements of individuals and I am very happy to be able to congratulate Sally, Claire, Hayden, Dan, Michelle and Charlotte on their appointments.  They have already made their mark on our firm and will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the future success of Lupton Fawcett.
