What Others Say
David Coates and his team have advised my businesses for over 15 years, always in a skilful, timely and attentive manner, with an attention to detail that is rare in a pressurised environment, and so often complimented on by our lenders and counter parties. Acting on behalf of Braemar Group PLC, of which I was the founder, and which has over £1billion of property under management, David and his team have handled many complex, high value transactions, including the acquisition of the freehold of the £150m Beetham Tower in Manchester, which comprises a Hilton Hotel and 235 apartments, and is the tallest residential building in Europe. - Marc Duschenes, Former CEO, Braemar Group Plc
