What Others Say
Thank you for your much needed help and guidance. I was in no mans land and you made things so easy. If any time I need this kind of help or a friend in the same situation, I know who to ring. Thank you once again. - Anon
I could not have wished for more attentive or caring support from Louise and her support staff. Thank you. - Anon
Thank you very much for what you have done for me, you certainly are very good at your job and I feel I have known you for years. - Anon
From the outset Louise seemed to have a steely resolve. Offering advice on both a personal and professional level, I sensed it wasn’t just about the money. As the case progressed and deadlines approached Louise would email or phone to ensure that every avenue was covered. If that meant emailing out of hours then it was done, Louise was not a nine to five lawyer. If I ever had self doubt, Louise would put things into perspective and, ultimately, I think it was because of Louise’s tenacity that we were able to achieve the level of compensation that we did. I have nothing but the highest admiration for Louise and her dedication to the cause and if anyone had the unfortunate experience of having an accident and needed a lawyer, I would not hesitate to recommend her. - Anon
Cannot fault your service. Louise was excellent and always available to discuss any worries I had. She made the whole process 'pain free'. Thank you all so much. - Anon

When not at work
Louise has a young daughter, who takes up much of her time out of work. Holidays are one of her main pleasures in life and she also enjoys eating out, which she counteracts with attending the gym.
