Phil is a Senior Solicitor within the Dispute Management department of Lupton Fawcett. He deals with a wide range of property litigation matters and has particular experience in dealing with neighbour disputes including those concerning boundaries, rights of way, nuisance claims and adverse possession.

When not at work
Phil enjoys playing and watching football playing a weekly game of 5 a side and attending Elland Road whenever he gets a chance. He enjoys reading, cinema, live music and is currently attempting (with little success!) to learn to play the guitar.
