Samantha has worked in family law for 7 years and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Samantha manages a wide range of cases including representation in divorce proceedings and financial settlements, cohabitation breakdown, a broad spectrum of children matters and domestic abuse work including obtaining protective injunctions.
Samantha has experience in dealing with high net worth cases and more complex children matters such as removal from the jurisdiction.
Family clients are often experiencing challenging and difficult times when seeking legal advice. Samantha’s sensitive and personal approach assists clients to feel at ease. At the same time, Samantha’s professional management of the case ensures that matters are progressed promptly in a way that achieves the best outcome for the client.

When not at work
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys going to the gym, and particularly enjoys spin classes. Samantha is also a keen baker. At weekends, she enjoys walking, going on bike rides and occasionally, horse riding. Samantha also loves to travel to new places and experience different cultures. Last year, she did a whistle stop tour of the south of Vietnam.
