With the increasing spread of Coronavirus, we would like to reassure our clients and other visitors to our offices that we are following UK Government recommendations and putting in place measures to help alleviate the risk of increased infections.

With the increasing spread of Coronavirus, we would like to reassure our clients that we are following UK Government recommendations and putting in place measures to help alleviate the risk of increased infections.

We have been following the guidance issued by Public Health England – details of which are here https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/public-health-england.

What we are now doing?

  • Following on from our ‘drill day’ on the 16th March, a vast proportion of our colleagues are now working remotely.  Lupton Fawcett has invested heavily in its IT infrastructure to ensure that we have a resilient and robust system that not only benefits the ways in which we work but ensures we have a system that is geared towards tomorrow’s world.  We are hugely confident that you will not have noticed any disruption in the service you will receive from us.
  • We have formulated a Pandemic Plan.
  • We have a Pandemic Working Group which talks regularly to review the Pandemic Plan and our business continuity procedures.
  • We are able to talk to our staff easily should we need to get updates to them.
  • We continue to monitor the various Government and Public Health England websites to ensure that our staff get health updates and guidelines.
  • We encourage conference facilities rather than face to face meetings with our clients, contacts or suppliers.

Lupton Fawcett will continue to review and monitor its response in line with Government advice.

Please see our dedicated Covid-19/Coronavirus page which deals with the business and personal issues you might be facing.
