Sales Assistant at Big W in Australia.

Possibly journalism or a role in sports administration somewhere.

My worst mistake was when I was younger and playing Aussie Rules I did not execute a tackle properly and I ruptured my anterior cruciate ligament and had to undergo a full knee reconstruction.

What’s your ideal day away from the office?

Visiting the Yorkshire coast when it is a rare warm day in this part of the world.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with?

Former Liverpool footballer Craig Johnston.  He was a childhood sporting hero of mine who has also led an incredible life outside of professional sport working as a photographer, songwriter, businessman and inventor.  I’d expect he would be great company and that he’d have many interesting stories to tell.

Probably History, but I wasn’t too shabby at Legal Studies either.

Travelling, playing most sports, attending music and sporting events, cinema, photography, and the never-ending search for the perfect pub with my mates.

What would you do if you won the lottery?

Share the winnings with my family, make some donations to charities close to my heart, selfishly upgrade a few personal items, get season tickets for the MCG at Anfield, and travel to see much more of the world.

What is your favourite time of the day?

Mid-afternoon, if the morning has been productive.

What would you like your epitaph to be?

Proud father, loyal friend, and fun company with eclectic cultural tastes and a decent left foot.
