The Leeds office now seek a Knowledge & Information Officer who is enthusiastic, conscientious and team-focused. The role will require the successful individual to assist with enquiries and research, often working to tight deadlines. It will also involve ensuring the firm’s intranet and knowledge bank are kept fully up to date, as well as maintaining the online resources and providing training to all employees to ensure they are getting the most out of the resources available.
Applicants should have good communication skills and have an approachable personality. They should also be self-motivated and a fast learner, being able to work well as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
You will be based in our Leeds office however will need to be flexible in travelling to our other offices in Sheffield and York as required.
The department is relaxed and informal, but extremely professional. We put clients’ needs first, so you will need to have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work to and meet deadlines, whilst having an excellent eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy.
We are looking for someone who has a desire to launch their career as a Librarian, specifically within a professional services environment. Applicants will need to be qualified to A’level standard (or equivalent) and have GCSE’s at grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification and grade).
