This interactive full day training session has a focus on interactive group sessions and gives an understanding of the key points that need to be kept in mind when entering into agreements to provide or receive goods or services.

This Session aims to provide participants with:

  • an understanding of what is and what is not a legally binding contract;
    • a list of common pitfalls to try and avoid on a day to day basis;
    • an overview of key clauses typically found in standards Ts & Cs; and
    • tips on what to do when a dispute might be about to happen.

The Cost

Our standard charge is £250 plus VAT per delegate for a full day course, if it is being held at our premises or a venue close to our offices.  In addition, we do offer three for the price of two rates.

For a half-day course, our fees are £150 plus VAT per delegate.

Should you require the course to be held in-house at your premises, then the fee would be £2,000 plus VAT for up to 12 attendees.  Should your premises fall outside of a 50-mile radius from any of our Yorkshire offices,  then the fee would be £2500 plus VAT plus travel, travel time and hotel costs.

For a half-day course, our fee would be £1250 or £1500 plus travel and travel time costs.
