Your line managers and those who you trust to deal with your employees need to be familiar with the fundamentals of UK employment legislation.

At Lupton Fawcett, we provide your managers, team leaders, directors and newly appointed HR professionals with an excellent introduction to the current requirements of employment law.  If you are new to HR or you have any staffing responsibilities, then you need to have a good grounding in UK employment law.

The Day 2 training course builds on and enhances the knowledge learned from the Day 1 training day. It means you can immediately implement what you have learnt in the workplace.

To ensure delegates get the most out of the training, the courses are limited to 12 to 15 attendees.

Course materials are comprehensive and fully updated before each session.

Each course will consist of two trainers who are highly experienced employment solicitors and who regularly advise employers on all areas of employment law.

Our ILM accredited trainers will guide you. Their hands-on experience and practical approach to the law means that delegates leave with knowledge which can immediately be implemented in the workplace.

The Cost

The cost for the full day is £250 plus VAT per delegate.

We are also able to deliver this course in house at your own premises or at an external venue that you are providing. The standard cost for this is £2,000 plus VAT together with our associated travel and (where necessary) accommodation expenses.
