HR Network – Hot topic ‘HR and employment law changes in April 2020 – what every HR professional needs to know’. A discussion on the forthcoming changes, what this means for business and how to prepare for them.
2020 is set to be a busy year as we BREXIT and establish our new horizons. Join us in looking at the imminent changes afoot as a result of the Good Work Plan, including changes to the content and timing of statements of terms and conditions, new rules affecting agency workers, settlement agreements, workers and IR35 provisions amongst other matters. We will look at how your approach will be affected by the new provisions and, in particular, what you need to do to prepare for the new changes.
The presenters from our award winning Employment Team, will run a brief talk on the latest trends within the Employment/HR Sector and offer time for discussion and questions around these hot topics and any other employment matters you require guidance on.
The event starts at 9am for registration & breakfast with the event starting at 9.30am, we aim to finish the talk at around 10.30am/11am.
