Our Introduction to Coaching Conversations  Training Day helps delegates:

  • Understand what coaching is and how it differs from mentoring or counselling;
  • Develop a shared approach as to how coaching can be integrated into their roles as managers / leaders and benefit the team and the wider system in work;
  • Understand the key competencies and skills needed for effective coaching;
  • Understand a basic coaching model (GROW) and consider its application within coaching conversations;
  • Practice coaching skills and receive feedback;
  • To consider barriers/opportunities to adopting a coaching approach and develop an individual action plan

The Cost

Our standard charge is £250 plus VAT per delegate for a full day course, if it is being held at our premises or a venue close to our offices.

Should you require the course to be held in-house at your premises, then the fee would be £2,500 plus VAT for up to 12 attendees.  Should your premises be in London, then the fee would be £3000 plus VAT plus travel and hotel costs.
