Emma has experience advising clients in a wide range of family matters including representation in divorce and dissolution of civil partnership proceedings and financial disputes, negotiations and settlements.

Emma has regularly represented clients in a broad spectrum of private law children matters including applications for, to vary and enforce Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Special Guardianship Orders. Emma has also represented clients in public law children matters including acting for Local Authorities.
Emma also advises in cohabitation disputes including Trust of Land and Schedule 1 Children Act claims and domestic abuse work including obtaining protective injunctions for Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
She also has a great deal of experience drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and Separation Agreements.
Emma regularly conducts her own advocacy and has represented her clients at a wide range of court hearings.
