Fiona joined Lupton Fawcett as a Paralegal in 2016. Following the successful completion of her training contract at the firm, Fiona joined Lupton Fawcett’s Charities Team as a Solicitor in March 2019.
Fiona’s work includes advising charities and not-for-profit organisations on a broad range of issues including: the establishment of new charities, incorporations, mergers, trading and the establishment of subsidiaries as well as amendments to governing documents and general governance advice.
Fiona is also a member of the Education Team at Lupton Fawcett and assists with advising a large number schools and educational organisations on, amongst other things, conversion to academy status, establishing single and multi-academy trusts, re-brokerages and academy trust mergers.
Fiona is (finally) coming to the end of her first renovation project and so is enjoying spending less time in overalls and more time with her family and friends.
In addition to her passion for property and interior design, Fiona loves the great outdoors. When she is not busy planning her wedding, she enjoys nothing more than a weekend camping, walking and exploring in the countryside; the only downside being that she cannot take her cat Leo with her.
