Jaime is a Senior Solicitor in the Residential Property department in York. He has a passion for conveyancing, which has only grown since changing discipline six years ago from criminal law.
Along with his Diploma in Law, Jaime is also a Master of Chemistry with First Class honours, which comes in handy when tasked with analysing novel problems and unique situations, which often crop up. Jaime converted his degree in chemistry to law by studying part time, whilst working full time in a busy criminal practice in Manchester, something of which he is very proud of.
Jaime works on, and is experienced in, all matters relating to residential conveyancing, including leasehold sale & purchases, freehold flat purchases, transfers of part, purchase of new-builds, unregistered land and equity release mortgages. He constantly strives to get the best outcome for all of his clients and he works tirelessly, by going to extra the mile, to ensure they are all happy.
Jaime is married and the father of three children and the owner of a Chihuahua. Having recently re-located from Manchester to Whitby, Jaime spends much of his time, when he is not tidying up, going shopping or watching Manchester City, with his family walking the dog along the beach and getting ice-cream or visiting places like Falling Foss just outside of Whitby.
