Joshua is a Solicitor in Lupton Fawcett’s Corporate Finance Department and joined the firm in August 2013 as a Trainee Solicitor, after graduating from the College of Law in York. Prior to that Joshua studied Law at Newcastle University.
Joshua assists with a range of corporate work, including the acquisition and disposal of companies of a variety of sizes, the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, group re-organisations and buy-backs of shares.
Joshua has assisted on transactions across a number of sectors, most particularly the healthcare sector, having worked with Lupton Fawcett’s Pharmacies and Care Home Teams on several acquisitions and disposals of businesses in those sectors.
Joshua is an enthusiastic (if only moderately competitive) mountain biker, having competed in a number of races. He also enjoys cookery and good food, and has recently completed his first cookery course.
