During the recent purchase of a residential property, we were pleased to have Kirsty dealing with the conveyance, following very positive experiences with our own business’ commercial property transactions. Kirsty's experience; knowledge and approach provided us with the confidence to know that all aspects of the purchase were being covered. When any queries arose, Kirsty was able to deal with these quickly, ensuring the quality of service was maintained throughout and ensuring a successful outcome was reached.

The Order of the Holy Paraclete chose Lupton Fawcett as their Solicitors eight years ago. Kirsty began work as our property lawyer when our previous solicitor left the company. We are very happy with the work that has been completed for us. Kirsty is efficient in her dealings with us and obviously knows her job well. She is at the same time, friendly and easy to work with. She explains every detail clearly. Every possible problem or possible loop hole is explained and dealt with. Papers are often brought to our home in Whitby to be signed saving us a journey into York. This is much appreciated

I have been using Lupton Fawcett for all my property transactions for many years and Kirsty Barsby since 2007 where she has dealt with everything from Commercial offices to standard and complex listed residential buildings. Kirsty always provides me with a thorough and efficient service, gives me great advice and the confidence that she is protecting my interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending either Kirsty or Lupton Fawcett for all conveyancing needs. Kirsty's personal yet professional approach means it a pleasure to work with her.
