Lupton Fawcett LLP is a well-established law firm with offices in Leeds, Sheffield and York. Our Insolvency and Recovery department in Leeds now seek a Debt Recovery Executive to join their team.

The team has a regional and national presence and is recognised in the Legal 500 directory for the quality of its work. The team acts for all types of businesses from small owner managed concerns to blue chip nationals, in all sectors of industry and commerce.

This varied role involves the delivery of debt recovery processing including pre-legal collections, issuing claims and obtaining judgments.

We seek a candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills and the confidence and ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both in writing and verbally. The successful candidate will have a firm but fair manner and will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, and talking to debtors regarding their financial situations.

You will need good IT skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and to work to and meet deadlines, whilst having a good eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy. You should possess a firm but fair manner with the ability to communicate effectively.
