About the job
This varied role involves the delivery of debt recovery processing including pre-legal collections, issuing claims and obtaining judgments.
We seek a candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills and the confidence and ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both in writing and verbally. The successful candidate will have a firm but fair manner and will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, and talking to debtors regarding their financial situations.
Experience
You will need good IT skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and to work to and meet deadlines, whilst having a good eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy. You should possess a firm but fair manner with the ability to communicate effectively. Applicants should have a flexible approach with a positive outlook and be a team player with the ability to use their initiative.
