The event starts at 9.00am for registration & breakfast with the event starting at 9.30am, we aim to finish the talk at around 10.30am.

In response to popular demand, our next HR Network session will focus on ‘protected conversations’ and we will guide you through the key legal issues.

Topics covered will include:

  • understanding when protected conversations can or cannot be used;
  • planning your protected conversation (strategies for success);
  • maintaining confidentiality; and
  • avoiding the pitfalls.

Who should attend?

The seminar is free to attend for all HR / Employment professionals and business owners.

This session will be of considerable use to individuals and HR professionals who are regularly tasked with managing performance, redundancy and disciplinary related issues. Delegates will gain a better understanding of how and when protected conversations can be used together with the steps that need to be taken to minimise the risk of successful Employment Tribunal claims.

Our HR Network sessions are designed to be interactive with discussions based around practical and real life examples. As always, breakfast & refreshments will be provided.
