The Property team at Lupton Fawcett LLP York are pleased to invite you to our Property Breakfast.
We will provide a networking opportunity over coffee and breakfast, following which we will be discussing legal and commercial topics arising out of the commercial, leisure and retail letting market in York.
We will also be joined by our guest speaker Mike Hughes Director of MJD Hughes, the topic of discussion and talks focus will be;

We will be joined by guest speaker Mike Hughes of MJD Hughes.
Michael is the Director and owner of MJD HUGHES Ltd a company specialising in Business and Commercial Property. He has over 30 years’ experience in the licensed trade and with commercial property. His experience ranges from the physical operation of a variety of outlets (single bar units to multiple bar operations over multiple site locations) to the estate management of property from acquisition, drawing up heads of terms for lease agreements and recruitment of tenants, property valuation, and the sale of property. Michael also has a depth of knowledge in professional services including business rate appraisal, rent appraisal and review negotiation, and fixtures and fittings inventory valuation and report preparation for sale.
Michael is also an industry advisor on the Governance Board for the Examination Awarding Body of the National Federation of Property Professionals.
His talk will look at how we have come to the position of 19 pubs closing a week in England and Wales.
The seminar will also allow time to network with property contacts and professionals over breakfast. Registration is at 8.00 am with networking and the seminar will begin at 8.30 am with a Q&A session at the end.
