Leading Regional Law Firm Moves to New Home
Lupton Fawcett has signed a lease for new office premises which will see the firm relocate from Solly Street to its new offices in The Synergy Building on Bank Street, Sheffield, in the heart of the old Cathedral quarter, with the move set for the end of May 2013.
The offices have recently undergone a complete refurbishment and are being transformed into high quality, contemporary accommodation for the firm's Sheffield team with the location and access far more convenient for clients, contacts and staff.
The firm undertook a detailed search of the Sheffield market and quickly recognised that The Synergy Building not only provided a more centralised location but a very effective, modern and professional working environment. The 6000sq ft space allows more space for an increasing team with Lupton Fawcett Lee & Priestley being one of the key occupiers. At third floor level, the space includes a dedicated reception and meeting room areas.
Richard Marshall, Managing Director, comments "We are delighted to announce that we will be moving to new premises. This reaffirms our commitment to the South Yorkshire region and the space is capable of matching our ambitious growth plans which have already seen us target a number of high profile lateral hires. The central location and excellent transport link makes this the perfect position".
