Lupton Fawcett Advises Hand Picked Hotels
Lupton Fawcett has acted for Hand Picked Hotels in its acquisition of Grade II* listed Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath from investor clients of real estate advisory company Delancey for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition is part of a strategic expansion by Hand Picked Hotels, owned by former City lawyer Julia Hands, to establish a presence in the South-west. The hotel will be operated and managed by Hand Picked Hotels. Following an extensive refurbishment programme over the next two years, Bailbrook House Hotel will become part of the award-winning Hand Picked Hotels collection, bringing the total portfolio to 18 properties across the UK.
