Lupton Fawcett Appoints Two Additional Executives to its Commercial Property Department
Lupton Fawcett LLP, the Leeds and Sheffield-based commercial law firm, has added to its Commercial Property department with the appointment of Zoe Lang and Jackie O'Sullivan, both based in the Leeds office.
Zoe Lang trained with the firm, qualifying in 2005, and has returned to us after a glamorous three year career break spent in Italy. Zoe specialises in landlord and tenant advice and property support work on corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on the retail sector in both areas.
Jackie O'Sullivan, who originally studied at Nene University College where she achieved a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, continued her studies with the Institute of Legal Executives specialising in residential and commercial property transactions.
David Whitaker, Director and Head of Commercial Property at Lupton Fawcett LLP, comments: "Even in the current climate, the workload in our Commercial Property department continues to be robust. Our extensive client base, our thorough understanding of our clients' businesses and our evolving wide ranging expertise gives us real confidence in a still challenging commercial property market. I am delighted to welcome Zoe back and Jackie whose appointments will add genuine strength to our core disciplines".
