New IP Specialist for Lupton Fawcett
Lupton Fawcett has boosted its Intellectual Property department in Leeds with the appointment of senior IP specialist, Sara Ludlam.
Sara joins Lupton Fawcett from niche specialist IP firm, Ludlams, where she was principal. Sara trained for a litigation and IP practice in London and has more than 17 years' experience across the full range of intellectual property law including copyright, trade marks and patents. She also advises on image protection, unfair competition, data protection and the instigation or defence of litigation, arbitrations and mediations.
Sara has acted for many high profile companies including Kickers, Berghaus, Karrimor, Lillywhites and Donnay.
Sara is a member of the Licensing Executive Society and the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.
