Senior appointment of new Tax Director
Lupton Fawcett, the Leeds, Sheffield and York-based commercial law firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of new Head of Corporate Tax, Julian Moran.
Julian, a former tax solicitor with Gordons, has extensive experience covering all aspects of UK tax matters, including tax implications of buying and selling businesses, reorganisations and demergers, tax efficient investment into trading companies such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme, VAT, SDLT, capital allowances and the design and implementation of share award arrangements for employees and directors.
