Lupton Fawcett Makes Senior Tax Appointment
Expert in corporate and property tax particularly with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, demergers business and asset tax SDLT and employee share schemes for tax efficient savings. Lupton Fawcett announces the appointment of a new Director to head its Tax division.
Melanie List, who joins us from PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialises in all aspects of corporate and property tax, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and demergers, business and asset sales, property tax (particularly Stamp Duty Land Tax and VAT), private equity and tax disputes and investigations as well as extensive experience in the area of employee reward, advising and implementing a range of tax efficient equity incentives.
