Graham is a Consultant in the Insurance Law Team at Lupton Fawcett. He has over 30 years experience in all matters of insurance related legal services and specialises in Prison Law, Judicial Review and all matters relating to Public and Employers Liability.
He has been instructed in many high profile prison cases advising on legal, media, contract, and commercial issues. Graham also manages and defends claims for personal injury, clinical negligence and human rights issues on behalf of insurers and insured.
His forensic approach to documentation and knowledge of the practical operations and documentary systems of his clients gives them the confidence that their business interests are being considered along with the appropriate legal advice.
Graham has worked with most of the major insurers over the years and also acts on behalf of large corporations, charities, Government agencies and owners and managers of businesses in co-ordinating, managing and defending claims including large and complex cases.
Graham is also a member of the firm's Strategy Board.

When not at work
Graham has a wife and three adult daughters and lives in the East Riding of Yorkshire. His passion is for guitars of which he has an impressive collection, and he is a member of an active band of musicians. His other interests include cars, motorcycles, fine wine, good food and travelling......and beer!
