Jack is currently undertaking the fourth seat of his training contract in our Corporate department.
Jack joined Lupton Fawcett's Corporate Department in June 2014, after graduating from the University of Law in York. Prior to that, Jack studied Business Law at Sheffield Hallam University in which he graduated with a first class honours degree.
Since joining the firm, Jack has assisted the Corporate Department in many aspects of corporate law, including but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, business disposals, buyouts, share buybacks and group reorganisations across a wide range of industry sectors.
Jack also has experience assisting with charity law, including the incorporation of charities and advising on appropriate legal structures for new charities.

When not at work
Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing football, going to the gym and skiing. Jack also has a keen interest in art; in particular, oil painting and sketching.
