Jackie Rowe

Jackie is a Director at Lupton Fawcett. Since becoming a Director Jackie has become more involved in the operational aspects of the Personal Injury Department. Jackie maintains a mixed caseload dealing with more complex injury cases, often where life-changing injuries have been sustained.  Jackie has secured settlements in excess of £1 million pounds for a number of her clients.

The more complex matters often take years to conclude, and Jackie believes that a good client/lawyer relationship is key to a successful outcome. Jackie works hard to build and maintain relationships. She is a firm believer that a pragmatic approach is key and would prefer to conclude claims without the need for proceedings. If litigation is required, however, Jackie will pursue the matter with vigour to achieve the right result for her clients.

Jackie prides herself on being an excellent negotiator.
