Sarah joined Lupton Fawcett in March 2018 as a solicitor in the commercial property department in York.
She has worked on a variety of commercial property transactions, such as landlord and tenant work (acting for both landlords and tenants), this work has included drafting and negotiating leases and working on other associated documentation.
Sarah has also worked on the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises as well as working on matters involving development land.

When not at work
Sarah loves to travel and tries to visit a new city or country every year. She loves to take in as many of the sights and as much of the culture as she can.
Sarah has also recently taken up running and started small with the Abbey Dash but aims to complete a half marathon next year.
