Sarah Temple


Sarah Temple is a Partner with Lupton Fawcett.

She has a portfolio of commercial property clients for whom she has provided legal advice for many years. Sarah’s focus is to protect her client’s legal position whilst ensuring that their commercial objectives are also met. Over a career of more than 15 years, Sarah has developed expertise in a range of areas including negotiating leases for landlords and tenants on industrial, retail and office properties, buying and selling investment properties and acting for banks and building societies. Most notably in recent years Sarah has also advised clients in the education sector on academy conversions and re-brokerages.

Clients for whom Sarah has acted for many years appreciate that her priority is to provide an excellent service with attention to detail. She works closely with clients and gives added value wherever possible. 

Sarah is an integral part of the Care Homes and Education teams, working closely with them to provide her specialist knowledge.
