How we are different
Our team of personal injury solicitors offer a very different kind of service. Our approach is designed for people who feel they have a claim, but don't want to use the aggressive tactics associated with some organisations.
Our main aim is to get you back on your feet, so your rehabilitation is always our first concern. Once our experts have done everything we can to put you on the road to recovery, we will then look at claiming the compensation you deserve, on a no win, no fee basis.
Unlike many Personal Injury law firms, your claim will be handled by an accessible, highly experienced lawyer right from the start, so you can be confident you've got the most professional support possible.
We will then guide you through to the successful conclusion of your claim in a friendly and professional way, to ensure the right outcome.
We are proud to have offered a personal service in this field for over 50 years.
If you have been hurt, or become unwell because of someone else's mistakes, then you could be entitled to make a claim. We understand that getting your life back on track following an accident can be tough, but we are here to help you throughout the rehabilitation process, as well as the legal case.
Recent Case Studies
- Robert Camp v Rocare Building Services Ltd
- Tracey Simpson (PI Leeds) has recently secured damages at Trial for a client injured on a construction site in the sum of £15,000. The client, a self-employed carpenter, was instructed to remove and dispose of panes of glass with the assistance of another contractor on site. The other contractor suddenly and without warning stamped on the glass causing serious injury to the Claimant's left hand which required surgical repair. The case was persued against the principal contractor for the site although the Claimant was not technically an employee and following a contested Trial, the Court found the Defendant vicariously liable for the failings of their Site Foreman and entered Judgement for the Claimant.
