Angela is a director and member of Lupton Fawcett Lee & Priestley.
She completed her law degree and masters degree at Leeds Metropolitan University and formerly worked for the international law firm, Hammonds (now Squire Sanders Hammonds).

Angela is a director in the employment law department and acts on behalf of businesses and senior executives in relation to all employment law issues, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts and service agreements, advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, guiding client's through redundancy and discrimination cases and handling senior level termination agreements. She advises businesses on the employment aspects of their corporate transactions, including the provision of TUPE advice and regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal. Angela has extensive experience of advising organisations in both the private and public sectors and has acted for a number of household names in the retail, food, IT, financial, health, care and education sectors. Angela has acted for the likes of Seabrook Crisps, Hollybank Trust, Card Factory and a number of senior individuals in the Formula 1 arena. Angela also regularly conducts seminars and training sessions for clients.

Angela enjoys globe-trotting and experiencing new cultures around the world, from Cambodia to Russia, Costa Rica to South Africa. She can often be found trying out extreme sports (she tries most things once), listening to live music and enjoying a good bottle of wine! She is also a Trustee of Beam, a charity which helps to improve the environment in which we live supporting regeneration and providing training for schools, businesses and the public sector through public arts.
