Niamh joined Lupton Fawcett as a Paralegal in the Regulatory and Corporate Defence department in September 2021 following the completion of her Masters in Law and Practice at BPP University, Leeds where she achieved a Distinction.

Niamh is currently in her fourth seat of her training contract, working alongside the private client team on wide variety of matters from general employment related advice to disability discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. Having worked previously in the Regulatory team Niamh has experience working with a range of clients and dealing with complex issues.
Niamh looks forward to becoming involved in a range of contentious and non-contentious work within the employment team as well as gaining insight into managing cases and developing strategies for avoiding litigation.
