About Paul

Paul is a Senior Associate Solicitor at Lupton Fawcett and works in the Private Client Department. Paul advises clients on Will Trusts and inheritance tax issues. He also has a particular interest in work assisting clients with Deputyship and Court of Protection applications and has worked on financial abuse matters.

Having worked in the Private Client sector for 13 years, initially training in the Cleckheaton area, he has built up a strong relationship with clients of the firm and regularly assists repeat clients and their extended family members, having an empathy with clients, and providing valuable assistance to them during often extremely challenging times in their lives.

When not at work

Paul’s interests include supporting Leeds United, and playing sports such as football, squash and tennis.
