About Samantha
Sam joined Lupton Fawcett in December 2020 as a Solicitor in the Dispute Management Team in Leeds. She studied Law at Staffordshire University and graduated in 2008.
Sam is a Contentious Trust and Probate specialist and advises on a wide range of wills, trusts and estate disputes.
These cases are emotionally challenging and upsetting for the people involved because they have often lost someone close to them. Sam will always explore the possibility of an early settlement. Sometimes this cannot be achieved, and court proceedings are necessary but Sam will fight hard to get the right result for clients.
