About Caitlin
Caitlin is a solicitor in our Employment department who has been with the firm since October 2021. Before joining the Firm, Caitlin achieved a First-Class law degree at the University of Liverpool in 2020, and thereafter, gained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course in 2021. After successfully completing her training contract, Caitlin then qualified as a solicitor in the Firm’s Employment team.

Caitlin has experience in supporting clients with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including drafting and advising on key employment documentation, grievance and disciplinary procedures and settlement agreements. Caitlin has acted on behalf of both claimants and respondents in relation to employment litigation.
Caitlin is a current member of the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division and internally assists with leading the Firm’s own junior professionals’ network, which is aimed at encouraging networking and business development for junior members of the Firm, right from the outset of their career.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys travelling to different parts of the world and experiencing new cultures and also spending time with her family.
