Also, rights and remedies are available to consumers who have purchased products online and have therefore not had the opportunity to examine the goods only to find that a fault or misdescription comes to light after delivery.

We have vast experience in assisting consumers with litigation where remedies are sought against traders can include rejection, repair or replacement of goods, and compensation for damage caused by faulty goods. However, for reasons of cost proportionality, we are unlikely to be able to assist consumer with disputes concerning low-value claims (e.g., disputes about a defective electrical item).
