If you are organising a temporary event, such as a fete, festival or concert and you want to carry out any of the licensable activities, then you will need a Temporary Event Notice (TEN)
A 'temporary event' is considered to be a small scale one off an event attracting fewer than 500 people and lasting no more than 168 hours. You must ensure that you have the application granted within certain time periods as set out in the Licensing Act and our experienced team can assist you in making the application and ensuring that your event can go ahead.
