Madeleine works within the corporate team to advise clients on a variety of areas, including company acquisitions and disposals across many sectors. As well as company reorganisations and share buybacks amongst others.
Madeleine is a member of the Law Society and has previous been on the Sheffield Junior Lawyers Committee as Treasurer.
