Tom is a solicitor apprentice currently working in the Dispute Resolution department. Having completed a history degree at the University of York, Tom joined Lupton Fawcett in 2017 as an administration assistant, before becoming a paralegal in Dispute Resolution a few months later. Tom began his solicitor qualifications in 2018 and is enjoying studying for his law degree alongside the valuable hands-on experience provided by the firm.
Tom has experience in many areas of litigation including contract disputes, disputed probate, and property litigation.
Tom is now a trainee solicitor and his first seat is in Commercial Property.
Tom is passionate about sport and avidly follows everything from football to snooker. When not playing or watching sport, Tom will either be found practicing his love of cooking, at the cinema or walking his golden retriever puppy.
