Lauren’s experience extends across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious IP issues, including advising clients in relation to protection, maintenance, exploitation and enforcement of their IP, as well as assisting client’s in relation to commercial matters relating to their IP. Lauren is well equipped to handle a range of UKIPO proceedings and has direct experience pursuing and defending IP claims in the IPEC, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Lauren is also able to assist clients with a variety of bespoke commercial agreements, from reviewing and drafting to negotiating terms and advising clients in relation to the aforesaid.
Lauren has drafted various complex bespoke agreements, including cross-border distribution agreements, consultancy agreements, supply of goods and/or services terms and conditions (business to business and business to consumer), confidentiality agreements and venue-hire agreements.
