Having completed seats in the Dispute Management, Commercial Property and Corporate Finance departments, Tom has worked with a broad range of clients and has experience of a variety of different matters, including disputed probate, property litigation, acting for both landlords and tenants of industrial premises and large development deals, restructuring corporate groups and handling both buyer and seller side corporate deals.
Tom has now joined the Employment team where he hopes to gain a greater insight into contentious and non-contentious employment law issues and advising businesses on their HR policies.
